1. ACCOUNT
OFFICER
Responsible
for conducting consumer marketing, feasibility survey in order to reach the
target and specified quality and maintain good relations with dealers and
customers
2. BRANCH
SALES SUPPORT
Assist
account officer on handling admin job such as : input data in system, monitor
application approval status (daily basis) and prepare contract, mou, atc,
prepare booking or disbursement. Maintain document filling (dealer’s and
customer’s document) and follow up documents to dealer’s and customers
3. CREDIT
ANALYST
To
check the validity accuracy of customer data as presented by marketing
department. Analyze all data for proposal lease application based on credit
analysis procedure, and provide recommended terms and conditions for the lease
application
4. LEGAL
STAFF
Responsible
to complete n entire legas aspect to support daily operational activities at
branch office
5. ADMIN
STAFF
To
ensure the accuracy nd adherence to relevant sop and lending criteria, monitor
accuracy of data input, process and accuracy of disbursement, collateral verivication. Inssurance coverage and
contract documen monitor process of collateral change of ownership, consumer
insurance claim. Build good and appropriate business relationship with external
parties such as : service agents, dealer, insurance company
6. ADMIN
HEAD
Control
and monitoring validation, bpkb, finance branch operation, documen custodian,
human resources for branch operatonal, general affair for branch operational
and daily, weekly and monthly report for branch manager & head office
7. SENIOR
CREDIT
Indentify
risk and formulating policies to minimize risk and increase profit for the
company. Helpful support, analyzed and processing data. Do analysis and
supervision of credit risk customer, management concentration, risk inventory,
and collateral gap and analysis of the macro-economic. Identifying potential
area and that affected by the risk regulations, planning and implementng
solutions for issues found, and providing guidance to avoid issues in the
future
8. SALES
HEAD
To
conduct direct supervision to account officers in a sales team in order to
achieve sales target of team. To create a regular report to sales manager
regarding all incoming applications, applications under process, approval and
booking, to monitor the collect ability of all ongoing contracts in team and to
coordinate with sales manager, account officer, as well as collection department
to any overdue customers. Take initial necessary action to settle the problem
Requirement

Minimum
S1, preferable for fresh graduate from any major are welcome to apply (1,2,3,5)
Law Major (4)

Good
understanding in financial statement (7)
·
Strong
marketing and communication skills in order to maintain relationship with
dealer and identify the needs of customer, also offers products that meet
customer need (1,2,8)
·
Have
a good analytical and reporting skill (3,7)
·
Familiar
with kyc priciples and ojk regulations in general would be an advantage and
capable in issuing legal analysis for debtors or future customers (4)
·
At
least 3 year experience at the same positions from finance leasing company
(6,7,8)
·
Proficient
in english (written and spoken) for all position above
