Sweet and Sour Oyster Mushroom
One of
the ingredients used in this recipe was citrus
kalamansi.
In Indonesia, the kalamansi is widely used in the area
North
Sulawesi to cultivate fish.

Ingredients:
• 200 g
of Oyster Mushrooms
• 3
stems of pak choy (diblansir)
• ½ Leek
(sliced sideways)
• 3
garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
• 1
clove of garlic (thinly sliced)
• ¼ tsp
salt
• 1/8
tsp pepper powder
• ½ tbsp
chilli sauce
• ½ tbsp
tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp
honey
• 1
tablespoon kalamansi lime juice water
• 100 ml
water
• ½ tbsp
corn starch (cornstarch)
• 1 tbsp
oil bran
How To
Make:
1.
Sort-parse leaves pak choy and blansir 3-5 minutes. Lift and
dip
briefly into ice water, drain, set flat on
serving plate.
Set aside.
2. Wash
Oyster Mushrooms first, drain and cut into strips
lengthwise.
Set aside.
3. heat
the oil. Saute garlic, onion, and leaves
onion
until fragrant.
4. Enter
the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked. Then
Add
salt, pepper, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, and a 5 in 1
kalamansi.
Mix well.
5. Add
water and once it starts to boil, put the starch
corn
that has been reconstituted with a little water. Stir until
thickened.
6. Lift
and siramkan above pak choy who was laid out on a plate
