Pan Fried Gindara Fish Served with Vegetable Salad Oyster Mushroom
If
you are familiar with the gindara fish? Yes, gindara fish
(Lepidocybium
flavobrunneum) or English escolar
is
a group of pelagic fish, namely the Group of fish that live
in
the zone of the water that is not too close to the sea or Lake.
These

Gindara
fish is usually a by-product of

Pan
Fried Gindara (for 1 serving)
Ingredients:

120 g gindara fish fillet
•
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
•
1/4 tsp salt
•
Olive oil to taste
Salad
(2 servings)
•
50 g carrots (cut into wedges lengthwise as sticks)
•
100 g green pepper (diced)
•
50 g lettuce leaves (cut into pieces)
•
60 g (½ fruit), tomatoes (diced)
•
1 tbsp white vinegar
•
½ tbsp palm sugar
•
½ tbsp olive oil
How
To Make:
1.
for pan fried gindara. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the entire
gindara
fish surface. Flatten. Let sit a few moments while
wait
for the hot pan. Preheat griddle flat that already given
a
little olive oil. Use a small-medium fire. Put the gindara
on
top of the pan. Let stand until one side is cooked then turning
for
the other side to ripen. Once cooked,
lift
and transfer to a serving plate.

for topping salads. Mix a mean white vinegar, Palm sugar, and
olive
oil. Set aside.
3.
For the salad. Mix the flattened all vegetable ingredients in a bowl.
Add
topping and mix well. Transfer to a serving plate in
gindara
fish side. Serve.
